Southeast Yonkers Cleanup and Restoration

We recently had some smoke damage occur in our kitchen from an oven fire & one of our first calls was to SERVPRO of Yonkers. The team then promptly came out to our home to help us. This was not our 1st experience with them, but when dealing with our home and personal belongings we knew we needed the BEST. They did a great job of assessing the situation and providing information as to how the clean up process was going to go. They were so kind, going through the steps needed to fix the damage & being compassionate, going above & beyond for us. The staff was very knowledgeable and kept in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. Every member of the staff was very helpful and accessible. When you experience fire or water damage, it can be stressful...so we are very thankful that there is such a caring company out there, showing compassion for their clients, as well as, remedying their issues. The biggest thank you to everyone at the company for their great advice and serious attention to detail throughout the whole ordeal!

The team who came to my house was wonderful.  They were able to answer all of my questions about the damage and the work that needed to be done to fix it.  They went above and beyond to ensure the house remained clean and that we were satisfied with the work.  If we ever need mitigation again (which I hope we don't) I will be calling them.

During the recent heavy rainfall our sump pump was not able to keep up and flooded our entire finished basement.  I called SERVPRO of Yonkers South immediately and they showed up with a crew that was able to help us.  They were able to get the carpet out quickly and prevent any further damage to the space. Their team was great and I would never hesitate to call them again.

SERVPRO of Yonkers responded to my company’s building when a pipe burst open. It caused water damage to two floors and to multiple other companies occupying the space. Their team was onsite quickly and took care of everything for us. They did a great job and helped to significantly decrease the down time for us. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
