We had a lower level door blow open during a recent storm causing water, mud, mulch, pine needles and stones to flood out the whole downstairs. SERVPRO’s crew came as soon as possible and worked extremely hard to remove carpeting, trim, drywall and everything else that was destroyed in the flood. They are polite, helpful, friendly and clean up after themselves every step of the way! Thank you!

A SERVPRO of Yonkers South crew was at our house very soon after we had called them. I don't know what we would have done by ourselves but they knew just what to do to help us. They had all the necessary equipment like water vacuums, fans, and dehumidifiers. One of our toilet tanks had cracked and sprayed water around nonstop with most of it going down a heat vent into the ceiling in the basement and some soaking into our upstairs bedroom carpeting. We had a lake in the basement and Niagara Falls coming down almost all over the ceiling down there. The team carefully moved furniture, tore out water damaged carpeting, checked areas for hidden water, and then got things dried out for us. Thank you to the SERVPRO company for taking care of the problem so professionally.

SERVPRO is an excellent organization.  Early one morning I woke up to the sound of water gushing from my bathroom.  I immediately called SERVPRO.  They assembled a crew and arrived at my house extremely fast.  They assessed the damage and came up with a game plan to effect the restoration and laid it out with me, step by step.  They answered my many questions and I didn't have to worry about anything.  The process was completed on scheduled and to my satisfaction and the service greatly exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommended the company.

During the recent heavy rainfall our sump pump was not able to keep up and flooded our entire finished basement.  I called SERVPRO of Yonkers South immediately and they showed up with a crew that was able to help us.  They were able to get the carpet out quickly and prevent any further damage to the space. Their team was great and I would never hesitate to call them again.

My experience with SERVPRO was outstanding. Imagine coming home in the evening to the most horrific smell coming from the basement only to discover that the septic had backed up into the house due to the recent storms. SERVPRO sent a team over and had everything cleaned up much faster than I had originally expected. They worked extremely hard and efficiently in some less-than-ideal conditions and in addition to all of that they were polite and showed concern for our home.
