I had a great experience working with SERVPRO Of Yonkers South and their team. I was out on vacation when an employee of mine called to let me know our office had flooded due to failed water heater.  My business was the lucky recipient of ~3 inches of water in our building. They reached out to SERVPRO and they came out to put a plan in place and get the right equipment onsite to start mitigating the problem. After the water was dried up, the team removed the flooring quickly and made clean up a breeze from our flood. I will recommend SERVPRO to any of my customers, or friends who have restoration needs in the future. Everyone was awesome! I never felt they were rushing the job and they took extra care to make sure the office with machines and documents were all 'safe & sound'. Thank you!

The team who came to my house was wonderful.  They were able to answer all of my questions about the damage and the work that needed to be done to fix it.  They went above and beyond to ensure the house remained clean and that we were satisfied with the work.  If we ever need mitigation again (which I hope we don't) I will be calling them.

SERVPRO of Yonkers responded to my company’s building when a pipe burst open. It caused water damage to two floors and to multiple other companies occupying the space. Their team was onsite quickly and took care of everything for us. They did a great job and helped to significantly decrease the down time for us. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

We recently had a fire in our manufacturing facility and I called SERVPRO to assist us. We had soot everywhere. They showed up very quickly and met us onsite to discuss what needed to happen to get us back up an running again.  They were able to start working and get the facility cleaned with minimal disruption to our production areas.  They also helped us understand the process as we had never been through this before.  Great service.
