He was patient answering my many questions without ever talking down to me. I am satisfied with my SERVPRO experience. From Sue and Mary in the office to Joe, Sonia, and Karina, Eli, Adam, Ken, Josh, Mike, Anthony, Sam and Jose everyone was professional, proficient and respectful. The Wandtke's are fortunate to have such great employees.
