This was an unsettling experience and you made the transition so easy and trouble free.  I am very glad I picked you because you have been so efficient and helpful from the start. I feel Jeff has gone beyond helpful with me, especially when I had to let him know that I had to make a quick trip after we had arranged for SERVPRO to do the job for me. He said no problem he would help in anyway and take care of everything, which he did. Thank you again to SERVPRO and Jeff and any of the staff who helped to get my job completed. This is the first time I have ever experienced such a flood in my home from top floor to bottom floor. When I read the google reviews I was ready to choose SERVPRO of West Forsyth County to do our mitigation and we were so impressed with the mitigation team that we wanted the restoration to be done with the same company. I found every member of the staff that I have come in contact, both in person or on the phone, to have been courteous, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. It was very shocking to see a large tree across my roof and front door; to see live wires; the telephone pole on fire; the police parked outside my home.
