Since 2010 friends and neighbors have trusted SERVPRO of West Forsyth County with fire, water and mold damage restoration. We are proud to be a part of the Winston Salem and surrounding Forsyth county community. Actively involved with both the Winston Salem and Lewisville Clemmons Chambers, we enjoy seeing our community grow and thrive here in the heart of the triad. We are also affiliate members of the Winston Salem Regional Association of Realtors (WSRAR) and serve on the Home Inspectors Committee.
Our commitment to the community extends to our involvement with charity and community events. Such events like, the Rural Hall Area Business Association (RHABA) 10K Flat and Fast run, that benefits the Rural Hall Elementary School. Carolina Cross Connection (CCC) that helps families complete light home repairs who otherwise could not afford to do so. And supporting Cancer Services the Stride for Courage 5K Run. These and other events give us an opportunity to give back to a community who has given us so much. We’re your neighbors, locally owned and operated by James and Laura Otterberg. We are proud to be a part of the community.

We are very satisfied with "Thomas" and his helper - Never thought the paint would be a match - let alone a perfect match - Also work in the basement (insulation) was installed at a rate of excellent 10!

Thomas and Anthony did a superb job yesterday. Thomas finished at 4 pm., so I had much of the weekend left. So nice!! You are a wonderful manager!!
