When we realized that our water heater had burst, we were overwhelmed. We called Cliff at SERVPRO and had all of our anxieties eliminated. Cliff took care of everything. From the initial evaluation , to insurance contacts, removal of any damage, drying process, clean-up, help with materials to the finished product. We love it. Oscar, his employee was amazing as were any of the other workers he sent to our house. They were professional and trustworthy. I would not us anyone else, they are the best.
I cannot commend or recommend SERVPRO of Rockingham County enough. I had an incident where I had extensive water damaged to my newly remodeled home. They responded and were in my home immediately. Not only did they respond immediately, but their professionalism and knowledge was remarkable. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is in need of any type of home recovery.
I highly recommend this company. I was so stressed out over my situation and they came in very professional, very kind, and patient. They did excellent work and a couple of extras that they didn't have to do. And became almost like family! I hope I never have to use them again...
