I highly recommend this company. I was so stressed out over my situation and they came in very professional, very kind, and patient. They did excellent work and a couple of extras that they didn't have to do. And became almost like family! I hope I never have to use them again... We never thought we would ever need disaster assistance at our Rockingham County office as most of our moving pieces of operation and major equipment is located in our Greensboro office. But we did...SERVPRO brought in a professional team that did a quick estimate while immediately starting a cleanup & dry out process. Cliff and company were very helpful in cleaning up our business after a pipe burst in the back of our building. They were very friendly and expedient, they ensured everything was put back the same spot. Cliff is highly knowledgeable in recovery and repair and explained each step in the process. We discovered the leak at 8:00 am and Cliff was onsite by 8:30am starting the recovery and repair for our office.

Very happy with Oscar Gonzalez & SERVPRO of Rockingham County who actually showed up at the appointed time to clean my carpets. My carpets look NEW & my house smells great! Last week I scheduled a 2-5pm "window" for Stanley Steamer to come while my pets were at the vet and they didn't call until 4:45pm to say a "technician was on the way" (from where?) and I had just left to pick up my pets.They have not called back since. I know who to call for emergencies & carpet cleaning from now on!
