Last week I scheduled a 2-5pm "window" for Stanley Steamer to come while my pets were at the vet and they didn't call until 4:45pm to say a "technician was on the way" (from where?) and I had just left to pick up my pets.They have not called back since. I know who to call for emergencies & carpet cleaning from now on!
