Cliff and company were very helpful in cleaning up our business after a pipe burst in the back of our building. They were very friendly and expedient, they ensured everything was put back the same spot. Cliff is highly knowledgeable in recovery and repair and explained each step in the process. We discovered the leak at 8:00 am and Cliff was onsite by 8:30am starting the recovery and repair for our office.
When we realized that our water heater had burst, we were overwhelmed. We called Cliff at SERVPRO and had all of our anxieties eliminated. Cliff took care of everything. From the initial evaluation , to insurance contacts, removal of any damage, drying process, clean-up, help with materials to the finished product. We love it. Oscar, his employee was amazing as were any of the other workers he sent to our house. They were professional and trustworthy. I would not us anyone else, they are the best.
