They were very friendly and expedient, they ensured everything was put back the same spot. Cliff is highly knowledgeable in recovery and repair and explained each step in the process. We discovered the leak at 8:00 am and Cliff was onsite by 8:30am starting the recovery and repair for our office.
Very happy with Oscar Gonzalez & SERVPRO of Rockingham County who actually showed up at the appointed time to clean my carpets. My carpets look NEW & my house smells great! Last week I scheduled a 2-5pm "window" for Stanley Steamer to come while my pets were at the vet and they didn't call until 4:45pm to say a "technician was on the way" (from where?) and I had just left to pick up my pets.They have not called back since. I know who to call for emergencies & carpet cleaning from now on!
