My basement had started to flood, so I called SERVPRO to come dry out my wet carpet and help me with my rain issues. They had two guys, Logan and Kyle out to my house very quickly to take care of the damage from the inches of water in my basement. They are quick with their work and really do care about their customers homes.
I want to thank you and your crew. Even with all this rain I have had no more troubles with sump pump. Your crew was amazing - always had a smile for me and were very polite. Again thanks - it meant so much.

Both Randy and Marlo grew up in Southern Minnesota are passionate about helping those in need and inspiring others to meet their potential. Marlo is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College and experienced first-hand flooding in Saint Peter and the devastating tornado in 1998 that hit the community. That same storm also impacted her childhood home. Randy’s certifications include IICRC, RRRP, FSRT, AMRT, ASD and WRT.
