What Is the Mold Remediation Process?

Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning
Our professionals clean the structural elements that were infected by mold such as flooring, framing, fixtures, HVAC and mechanical systems. To whom it may concer, I recently had Logan and Scott working to restore my basement. The basement was a terrible mess due to flooding from the Black Earth Creek. Also I had my basement filled with way too many items, but they were willing to do the job. Logan and Scott did a wonderful job of carrying all those items up a flight of stairs. They worked tirelessly to clean and disinfect all the furniture and numerous items. The job was quite a task but they worked hard and now I have a clean basement. And all the items were put back in the basement. I certainly appreciated their dedication! I would recommend them to anyone needing a job well done. Also they were pleasant and respectful.
