We just had our refrigerator line burst open in the middle of the night and spray water all over our newly and completely remodeled kitchen AND flooded our basement. We had only just moved into our home and our basement was full of our belongs we haven't yet unpacked. Jake and his team were very quick to arrive on the scene. Jake was exceptionally sympathetic, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We are genuinely impressed by his customer service! We have not yet completed the full extent of restoration and we are already so thankful for what SERVPRO has been able to do for us. After experiencing a ceiling collapse in my home, I contracted with SERVPRO of Romulus to address the total cleanup of my living room and then to completely repair the damage which included installation of a new ceiling. The expertise Dustin has with dealing with the insurance company was greatly appreciated. His team of Mark and Richard quickly gutted my living room and removed all traces of the destruction. The next team headed by Justin quickly installed a beautiful new ceiling in my home within days. The professionalism these two teams exhibited was outstanding. My gratitude for their assistance cannot be overstated.
We are extremely happy with the work. Justin, our project manager, was great. He explained step by step what the process would be. Work was completed in a timely fashion! Troy, who did our drywall, was great and I am truly happy with our results! Thanks again, Justin and Troy!

Starting in 1996, Randy Miller was an early pioneer to the mid-Michigan area SERVPRO® system. Since then, the franchise system has grown to over 1800 individually owned and operated franchises. Originally, Randy started in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Randy and Tina Miller have grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories throughout Michigan. Headquartered in Saginaw, they currently operate a family of franchises with locations throughout Metro Detroit, Owosso, Bay City, and Fort Wayne, IN. Their Metro Detroit locations, opened in 2016, are managed by their son and Chief Operating Officer Cody Michael.
