We had a small fire but quite a bit is smoke damage. Upon first call, they had someone out on a Saturday evening within 3 hours. Then Shannon came out on Monday and by Wednesday, Marrianne and her team came out and busted butt in cleaning up soot. They have been keeping me well informed and keeping me from going nuts over all of this. Communication is great and they are working well with school schedules. I have a rental home that had a mold issue in a closet SERVPRO came out to inspect the same day I called them. Thay were fast with the quote and worked with the tenant to resolve the issue. These guys are great!
