We had a small fire but quite a bit is smoke damage. Upon first call, they had someone out on a Saturday evening within 3 hours. Then Shannon came out on Monday and by Wednesday, Marrianne and her team came out and busted butt in cleaning up soot. They have been keeping me well informed and keeping me from going nuts over all of this. Communication is great and they are working well with school schedules. I highly recommend having SERVPRO of Romulus do your restoration work. Highly recommend Marrianne and her team!! Thank you.
Great work done in a short amount of time. Really made me happy to have my work done before the Christmas holiday. Mike G. was a very professional individual. Great communication. Once the company came in for demo, they worked very efficient and were clean and aware of my stuff. Fast and professional. Same with the repair. Any concerns I had were address and taken care of. Happy to have my place back to normal.

Founded in 1967, the SERVPRO® franchise system is most widely known for their fire and water cleanup and restoration services. The network of individually owned and operated franchises responds to property damage emergencies. SERVPRO® responds to emergencies ranging from small individual disasters to multi-million dollar, large-loss situations, providing coverage in all 50 states, as well as Canada.
Starting in 1996, Randy Miller was an early pioneer to the mid-Michigan area SERVPRO® system. Since then, the franchise system has grown to over 1800 individually owned and operated franchises. Originally, Randy started in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Randy and Tina Miller have grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories throughout Michigan. Headquartered in Saginaw, they currently operate a family of franchises with locations throughout Metro Detroit, Owosso, Bay City, and Fort Wayne, IN. Their Metro Detroit locations, opened in 2016, are managed by their son and Chief Operating Officer Cody Michael.
The Saginaw-based family of franchises have been ranked in the top 10 for the past 20 years, including top producer twice.
