In late July of this year the Smithsonian Institution had an old freezer fail. The failure wasn't noticed immediately and due to the hot weather we were experiencing the contents spoiled. He rallied his crews and they responded quickly and worked thru the weekend to remove and properly package and dispose of all the spoiled material.
