Diane Whittles is President of SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park and SERVPRO of Edgewater/Deale-Churchton/ Lothian. She is proud of her minority Woman-Owned status (MDOT 13-178).

Diane took over the reins when her beloved husband, Mike Whittles, passed away in 2012. Mike knew EVERYONE in the Annapolis area and she hopes to make him proud by continuing to grow the business he founded in 1976. Diane is IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying, Bio Recovery, Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Health and Safety, as well as IICRC 10 Hour OSHA certified.

Chris oversees Chase Creek Remodeling, the reconstruction division of our business. Chris is an ACAC Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor and a Certified Commercial Drying Specialist with 16 years of emergency response experience. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, Carpet Repair and Installation. He recently became an IICRC Master Water Restorer. Chris oversees all construction projects following a loss and heads up the Carpet and Hard Floor Sales Division. Outside of work, Chris loves working on his farm, watching the Vikings and spending time with his family.

With over 10 years of experience working at SERVPRO, and a lifetime being in the SERVPRO family, Nick understands the SERVPRO standard. Nick is a compassionate leader with a tenacious drive to make every day count. As our operations manager, Nick has IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Trauma & Crime Scene cleanup. When Nick is not in the office, you can usually find him out on the golf course, walking his dog or with his family.

Eric is one of our estimators and a critical piece of our production team. Eric has worked in every production position SERVPRO has to offer. With his experience as a field technician and production manager, Eric is well-versed in the restoration industry. Eric is currently IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration and Commercial Drying. Outside of work, Eric enjoys watching the Baltimore Ravens and taking walks with his dog.

Craig is our lead estimator and an essential piece of our production team. Craig has over 7 years of experience here as an estimator and even owned his own restoration franchise for over 10 years. With his years of experience, Craig helps across the board with our production crews, warehouse management and content claims services. Craig always has an upbeat attitude and an eagerness to crack some jokes! Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time fishing and hunting.

Justin is our production manager, having worked at SERVPRO for 10 years. Justin was in the restoration industry prior to SERVPRO and has tremendous experience as a crew chief at our franchise. As a wildly efficient worker, Justin has completed every type of job a SERVPRO franchise could encounter. Justin always goes above and beyond for each customer to ensure they are more than satisfied with the work he does for them. When Justin is not working at SERVPRO, he spends time with his wife and three children, and cheering for the Ravens.

Jim has been working at SERVPRO for over six years and always says yes to work! Jim has an incredible work ethic and is an expert in commercial and large losses. Jim is our production manager, overseeing all mitigation and cleaning services. Jim's certifications include Fire Damage Restoration, Water Damage Restoration, Commercial Drying and much more. Jim is flexible and adaptable, if a customer is in a difficult situation, Jim does his best to ease their burden. In Jim’s spare time, you can find him out on the water, either boating or fishing!

Dominique is one of our most reliable, trustworthy crew chiefs. Dom also started as a production technician and eventually earned his position as a crew chief. With over 3 years' experience as a crew chief, Dom’s upbeat and positive personality keeps him motivated to help customers in need. Dom shows up every day and is excited to help people in need! Outside of work, Dom enjoys playing semi-professional football and going to church.

Our most seasoned Production Technician is Gumer, with over 5 years with our company. He can do everything the job requires. One of the hardest and most consistent workers we have.

Eglis is our Commercial Upholstery Specialist. He has worked for SERVPRO for 28 years! Eglis is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and has vast knowledge and experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Eglis always has a smile on his face!

Charles is one of our most tenured employees with over 32 years of experience with SERVPRO. With experience in estimating and as a field technician, Charles now manages our 20,000 square foot warehouse and all our equipment. Charles exudes positive energy. If you are having a bad day, spend a few minutes with Charles, his positivity is contagious! In his free time, Charles enjoys spending time with his large family and playing bass for his band.

Scott is our Content Claims/Inventory Services Manager and helps to protect customers’ personal belongings in the event of disaster. With almost 4 years of experience as our Contents Claims Manager, Scott works deliberately to restore items to preloss condition. Scott previously owned a moving company, making him an expert at his craft. Additionally, Scott served in the United States Army for a few years. During his time outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing video games.

With a background as an estimating assistant for a road construction company, Allison has had a seamless transition working as our production administrator. She serves as the heartbeat of our production team, managing scheduling, insurance approvals and job filing. Allison has never had a bad day and always brings a positive can-do attitude to work. Allison is also an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and season ticket holder.

Kelli joined the SERVPRO team as the new Office Manager with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and office management. She has a background in the construction and customer service industries. Her background has provided a wide range of experience including payroll, benefits management, and accounting. When Kelli is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time on the water with friends and family.

Lastacia is our Job File Coordinator and a crucial element of our office staff. Lastacia assists with job file audits, collections and phone calls. Lastacia came to SERVPRO without prior knowledge of the restoration industry. Since her first day, Lastacia has been a team player and a quick learner who is always absorbing knowledge about the restoration industry. When she’s working, Lastacia enjoys finding new places to eat and working out.

Lindsey has been with our SERVPRO team for over 6 years now as our Job File Coordinator. Lindsey works directly with our clients and their insurance companies to ensure a smooth restoration process. In addition to customer service, Lindsey performs job file audits and billing. Lindsey is SERVPRO’s Swiss army knife, she is well rounded and carries a wealth of administrative knowledge. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys spending quality time with her two kids and husband and doing adventurous outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing.

Danica is one of our Sales Marketing Representatives and brings excellent customer service skills to the table. Having previous experience in banking and automotive industries, Danica understands how much of an impact just one business can have on a community. Outside of work, Danica enjoys spending time with her partner, hiking, finding new restaurants, traveling and spending time with family. Danica brings a positive, genuine attitude to our team that keeps everyone motivated.

Phil is our Chief Operating Officer & Business Development Manager and comes to our franchise with over 12 years of restoration experience. Phil has IICRC certifications in Water Damage, Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and more. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time by the water and bike-riding. Phil maintains an upbeat attitude every day and is committed to everything he does.

Ryan has been an example of hard work during his tenure here at SERVPRO. Having started as a helper, Ryan worked his way up, earning certifications and gaining invaluable experience, and is now one of our best crew chiefs. Ryan is always ready for what happens next and loves helping those in need.

Danny is yet another example of dedication and resiliency in our production team. As one of our restoration technicians, Danny assists in any project there is. Danny is easy-going and has been an incredible asset on our team. We are excited about Danny’s future with our production team!

Dave is another of our Sales Marketing Representatives and brings 20 years of real estate experience to the restoration industry. He’s motivated, ambitious and willing to learn. Having worked in real estate, Dave is well-connected to his community and knows what it takes to assist people in difficult times. In addition, Dave is also an avid hockey & football fan who loves to spend time with his daughters!
