Due to a fire in my main electrical panel, our house was filled with acrid smoke. SERVPRO came out the same day I called and checked the smell and tested the walls for residue. By that evening they had determined that the walls were okay and the most important fix was to filter the residue from the air. They brought in a set of high-volume air cleaners and a ionization device to clear the air. They operated of 3 days and 4 nights and did the job! I was particularly impressed that SERVPRO didn't try to sell me other services such as wall, carpet, and upholstery cleaning up front. Rather they tried the simplest and most direct solution with the thought that they would try other remedies only if the air purification did not work. I am pleased with the results and happy that they minimized the my cost!

SERVPRO cleaned our house after we had major smoke damage from a fire.  They hand cleaned every single item in our house. In addition they hand wiped every wall, ceiling, furniture and carpet. The amount of attention to detail and care, to avoid further damage was greatly appreciated.  This all resulted in completely removing all smells from my household.

We were really fortunate having had the opportunity to work with this company for their cleaning services. We had a small home that had been covered in soot, and it was a nightmare to look at. They cleaned it fantastically top to bottom. They were prompt and thorough, and made sure the job was done right. Every time we called the person who spoke to us on the phone was very professional, but also sympathetic to what we were struggling with. I cannot praise the staff of SERVPRO enough for their thoroughness, the attention to details and above all their People Skills. Each crew that came in to clean up my mess was so kind, efficient, pleasant and always there when they said they would be there. I was kept in the loop with regard to how long things would take and when there would be a 'downtime.' That was so helpful. Chris and Nic were in charge of the crew assigned to me. They always went the 2nd mile in making sure I understood just what was happening and what would happen next.
