In late July of this year the Smithsonian Institution had an old freezer fail. The failure wasn't noticed immediately and due to the hot weather we were experiencing the contents spoiled. We contacted Phil at SERVPRO who immediately responded and put together a clean up plan. He rallied his crews and they responded quickly and worked thru the weekend to remove and properly package and dispose of all the spoiled material. After everything was removed they thoroughly cleaned and disinfected the unit. The crew were professional and courteous! We could not be happier with the service that was provided and would definitely use them again!
