Mike P. guided me through the entire process and was always professional, prompt and polite and I could not have asked for better service. Like their motto, they really made it like it never even happened.

Billy was fantastic to work with.  He kept us informed throughout the entire mitigation process and was extremely professional in his conduct.  John came out the first night to help clean out debris and start the dry out process. Although there were others there helping that night, John stood apart in his impressive professionalism.

On Sunday morning (Columbus Day) I woke up at 6 AM to find my two year old washing machine had flooded over due to a faulty circuit board. After a quick phone call the professionals at SERVPRO were out to our home by 9 AM mitigating the damage. My wife and I want to compliment you and thank John for him promptness and professionalism. But most of all the fact he was able to come out so quickly on a holiday.

I write today to tell you of the excellent service we recently received to dry, humidify, remove ruined building materials, and pack up our belongings until repair could be finished.

They were there promptly at 9 AM following the day it was discovered flooded and tirelessly. They were "nice" and efficient and did a great job.  (An upstairs bathroom had 2 pipes that burst and there was a lot of flooding that took place.)

Last Thursday they returned our belongings.  I was impressed with the attention to detail they had exhibited in packing up things.  The men that brought things back were excellent examples of your workforce, also.

Thank you for the wonderful service.  These men should receive a commendation for their work at our home.

Unfortunately my husband and I came home from church to a flooded living kitchen and room. Amazing how much damage one little pipe can do in a few hours. Our neighbor recommended the local SERVPRO Salem. The men arrived within two hours on a Sunday, explained everything and worked until it was dark. In a few days it was dry and ready for us to rebuild. We can't thank you enough.

Back in the office after a long holiday weekend, we discovered a sprinkler head had burst on the second floor and ran for who knows how long. Five offices, hallways, and a customer lobby was affected. The SERVPRO of Salem's team was great! They were onsite within an hour and helped us get back in business quicker than we'd imagined.
