Joseph Turnbull
Joseph is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead. He has over 8 years of experience in the restoration industry in both Florida and Connecticut and holds several IICRC certifications. Joseph also has re-build experience working for many years as a construction superintendent.
In his free time Joseph enjoys flying airplanes, hiking and traveling.
Kathryn Shearer
Katie Shearer is an office administrator at SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead, and has 20+ years of bookkeeping and administrative experience.
As office administrator, Katie is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and customer service.
When she is not working Katie spends her time making memories with her husband Brian and their two young daughters, Abigail and Evelyn.
Michael Pelletier
Michael is one of our new Production Technicians here at SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead. He is from Beverly MA and has recently received his WRT and FSRT IICRC certifications. Michael is a member of the Army Reserves and enjoys hiking and being outdoors.
Dennielle Ponce
Dennielle is the Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead. She joined our team recently but has previously worked in California for SERVPRO for over three years and also has experience as a job file coordinator at a flood management company. Dennielle has her college degree and lives in Saugus. She has been happily married for fourteen years and has three children, two handsome boys and a beautiful baby girl. Dennielle spends all of her available time with her family and enjoys attending their sports and school activities. Her family supports and participates in a lot of military organizations via her husband such as the Marine Corps Honor Fun Run and Veterans parades.
Edwin Carrasquillo
Edwin is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead. He currently lives in Lowell, MA.
Edwin has many years of experience in the restoration industry and is certified in mold remediation, water restorations and trauma and crime scene.
Edwin enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves to travel.
James Cavanaugh
Jimmy Cavanaugh is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead and currently lives in Methuen, MA.
Jimmy has been working for SERVPRO for over 13 years and is fully certified in the following:

Jimmy enjoys playing pool and darts. He lives to BBQ on the grill. He likes to take his two children to the beach, amusement parks and on day trips.

Alana Durfee
Alana is an Office Administrator here at SERVPRO of Salem / Peabody / Marblehead, who joined our team in 2020. She earned a Marketing Degree at Fisher College in Boston and has worked as a Director at the YMCA. Alana can help get your home back in order by contacting her at (978) 744-4545. Thomas Heenan
Thomas Heenan is our new Business development manager. Tom was born and raised in Medford, MA, Tom attended college at Salem State University. Tom began his career working in the non-profit sector for the American Red Cross. Throughout his career, he has had success in real estate and advertising. Now a Business Development Manager for SERVPRO of Salem / Peabody / Marblehead, he is excited to help build awareness for the S brand and help clients mitigate losses.
Tom lives in Salem with his wife Rachel, their little boy Trevor and his dog Rocky! Tom is huge Bruins fan and likes to read, hike and spend time with his family.
Pedro Marrero Torres
Pedro is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Salem / Peabody / Marblehead since 2020. He is excited about his new career and is a hard worker. He has held numerous positions, including as a chef, and we are happy to have him here with our team. Pedro hails from Lowell, MA and enjoys playing video games, basketball, baseball, and taking road trips.
Yana Sokolovskaya
Yana is an Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Salem/Peabody/Marblehead since 2021. Her years of banking experience from teller to operations translates into great customer service. Eliseo Gonzalez is from Boston, MA. He has a strong background in construction. He recently started with water restoration to expand his knowledge within the industry. Family is everything to him and he dedicates his life to his five children. On his spare time he enjoys watching sports and playing sports. His enjoys spending time with his children.

Well, no one likes a water damage, but once you've gotten over the shock of the chaos it creates, your going to want to call SERVPRO. Why? These guys are very knowledgeable, confident and experienced in mitigation of water and mold remediation and customer service. They showed up within hours of my initial call and started cleaning and treating the affected areas and set our expectations on next steps in the process. They did daily inspections on how the area was drying out until that part was over. They were back the following week to demo the drywall that got wet, then applied a steam cleaning to the entire area with this special machine to eliminate any trace of anything to prep the rebuild project. In fact, all the equipment they used was current/new technology, to do the job right. They didn't have to do it, but they put up plastic on all doors so that no dust would affect other areas of the house. We have 3 children, so my wife and I appreciated their concern for any dust in he living areas. I won't use their names, but all these guys became part of the family while they were here and made the best of a "crappy" situation! You guys are the best, thanks again for delivering 110% we appreciate you! May God bless you all!

The entire team was reactive, professional, empathetic and organized. From the first phone call with Jen, to the detail and organization of the manager, Joseph to the onsite coordination lead by Jackie, the experience couldn't have been more positive. My sincere thanks to the entire team for making my home livable again!! You can't go wrong with this team!
