I have had the best experience with this company! My dog cut himself and bled all over our microfiber sectional yesterday. The first cleaning company I spoke to turned me away saying it couldn't be done. I was not satisfied with that company's response so I called SERVPRO. I then spoke with Mike who told me there are no guarantees but they could at least attempt to get the multiple large blood stains out. His men came in and in record time got all the stains out!
