SERVPRO of Ames did a great job when they came to do my cleaning service. They were very professional and spent hours cleaning up our basement from flooding. They used a hot water machine to get the caked-on dirt out easily. I trusted them being alone in my home once I left. I live in Lehigh and had flood damage the middle of March. I first called SERVPRO in Fort Dodge. I didn't receive a callback. After a month of waiting, I decided to call the Ames SERVPRO! Don and Carrie came over and checked out my attic after a suspected raccoon break-in. They were very professional even when a bunch of blown-in insulation rained down on them while opening the hatch to the attic. Carrie checked the attic and took pictures. Don told me that the insulation was undisturbed and looked clean. He told me that no clean-up work was required. Before leaving, they cleaned up the insulation that came down. I wanted to write a review for the two men from Ames, Jeffrey and Matt, who cleaned our carpets. They were extremely thorough in every room, including the stairs. They were knowledgeable and careful, too. We have owned the home 7 years and both of us said the carpets have never looked so good!

Jeff was very well-versed on mold and proper procedures on how to deal with it. He was helpful and did everything he said, on-time, and on-budget. He will be my go-to-guy if I ever need services like this again.
