Nick came out to assess damage from a faulty faucet in our kitchen that resulted in sudden water damage and mold. Before leaving he installed blowers and dehumidifiers so start drying the space out.

Crew Chief Chris Campbell and crew arrived a couple days later to start the remediation process. He and his team were on time and professional with each visit, keeping us informed with each step of the process. He was also very responsive to calls and text when we had questions.

While we still have a long road ahead of us with repairs/replacements I can’t think of a better team to have had our damage addressed by.

They were amazing.  Our washing machine decided to flood our two story home, Nick and crew were out here immediately and provided the best customer service I've seen.  They saved our house from what could have been more significant damage.  They also worked seamlessly with our insurance company.  Would highly recommend. 

John and his crew came to our rescue! This man is not only professional, but kind and very helpful. He explained things and made me feel so secure with all that he was doing to help us. We are very pleased with work and the timely manner in which it was done. 

Chris and Cody were awesome.  Polite, worked quickly and efficiently.  They left everything after my water loss neat and cleaned.  They cleaned my carpets after my water damage and they look better than they did before.

We experienced a rupture of a water filter while we were out of the house. The water ran for several hours, flooded kitchen, dining area, laundry, office and had begun to run into the garage. A call to SERVPRO Santa Rosa had a technician, John Miller, here within 45 minutes. He quickly put us at ease, eliminated the water and conducted tests to determine the extent of the damage. John is a most professional representative of SERVPRO. He conducted his duties in an outstanding manner including handling coordination between SERVPRO, and the USAA recommended contractor. There is no doubt in my mind as to who will be called or who recommended should another such incident occur to us or a friend.

I called SERVPRO because we had some minor water damage to our carpet and the padding. SERVPRO sent someone out the very day I called and even checked in with me during the day to assure me someone would be out. They tested the carpet for wetness and left me with a large fan to continue the drying process. The next step after drying (which took a couple days) was cleaning the water stain.
