Navarre is a census-designated community in Santa Rosa County in the northwest Florida Panhandle. It is a major bedroom community for mostly U.S. military personnel, federal civil servants, local population, retirees and defense contractors. With Navarre Beach being 4 miles of desirable sand and water attractions, it has a small, but rapidly growing community of nature enthusiasts and tourists. Navarre has grown from being a small town of around 1,500 in 1970 to a town with a population estimated at 43,540 as of 2020.
The region of Navarre is about 25 miles east of Pensacola and about 15 miles west of Fort Walton Beach, so it is sandwiched between two highly sought after areas! The community is roughly centered on the junction of U.S. Route 98 and State Road 87, and it is part of the Pensacola–Ferry Pass–Brent Metropolitan Statistical Area. It's also the second largest community in the metropolitan area and the third-largest community in the Florida Panhandle.
Navarre is also part of the Fort Walton Beach-Navarre-Wright Urbanized Area. It is known for the natural environment, swimming, picnic spots, and its beach, making visitors travel from near and far to enjoy its natural amenities.

A call to SERVPRO Santa Rosa had a technician, John Miller, here within 45 minutes. He quickly put us at ease, eliminated the water and conducted tests to determine the extent of the damage. John is a most professional representative of SERVPRO. He conducted his duties in an outstanding manner including handling coordination between SERVPRO, and the USAA recommended contractor. There is no doubt in my mind as to who will be called or who recommended should another such incident occur to us or a friend.
I called SERVPRO because we had some minor water damage to our carpet and the padding. SERVPRO sent someone out the very day I called and even checked in with me during the day to assure me someone would be out. They tested the carpet for wetness and left me with a large fan to continue the drying process. The next step after drying (which took a couple days) was cleaning the water stain.
Wanted to give SERVPRO a big thank you and attaboy. My living room carpet looks wonderful, they did a terrific job. I will definitely be calling you back.
