The Bagdad Village Historic District is a U.S. historic district located in Bagdad, Florida. John is a most professional representative of SERVPRO. He conducted his duties in an outstanding manner including handling coordination between SERVPRO, and the USAA recommended contractor. There is no doubt in my mind as to who will be called or who recommended should another such incident occur to us or a friend.
I called SERVPRO because we had some minor water damage to our carpet and the padding. SERVPRO sent someone out the very day I called and even checked in with me during the day to assure me someone would be out. They tested the carpet for wetness and left me with a large fan to continue the drying process. The next step after drying (which took a couple days) was cleaning the water stain.
