SERVPRO of FWB sent Richard to our home to clean all of our upholstered furniture and several rugs to get ready for an estate sale. He was so friendly and professional, put pads down on the floors to protect our new flooring, and cleaned everything efficiently and beautifully. We have several pieces of down furniture and hard to clean wool rugs but he cleaned them perfectly with no trouble. We have worked with SERVPRO in the past and they have always been superb, today was another hit out of the park and we will definitely be calling again in the future.
