WaterColor is a planned community in Seagrove Beach in Walton County, Florida. It is on the northwest gulf coast – firmly in the state’s panhandle.
The homes are based on the designs of old-south wood homes. They feature large wrap-around – often screened – porches, wood columns and siding, metal roofs that have deep overhangs (to both shade the home and direct rainwater away from the foundation.

SERVPRO of FWB sent Richard to our home to clean all of our upholstered furniture and several rugs to get ready for an estate sale. He was so friendly and professional, put pads down on the floors to protect our new flooring, and cleaned everything efficiently and beautifully. We have several pieces of down furniture and hard to clean wool rugs but he cleaned them perfectly with no trouble. We have worked with SERVPRO in the past and they have always been superb, today was another hit out of the park and we will definitely be calling again in the future. Getting everything ready for the new baby didn't get us ready for her first big storm. She slept through it, but we were literally swimming from the hole in the roof. Glad nothing fell on us! Thanks for pumping out the water and getting us dry again. We tell all our neighbors about how you showed up so fast and how quickly you got to work, too. Thank you so much from a couple of new parents.
