Nikki joined our staff in 2017 as Office Manager and advanced to General Manager in 2021. She is a State of Florida Licensed Mold Remediator and Assessor and holds multiple IICRC certifications, including IICRC Master Water Restorer (WRT), Master Fire Restorer (FSRT), Odor Control Technician (OCT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). With over 20 years of business management experience, Nikki is also a graduate of the University of Louisville, where she studied Political Science and Computer Information Systems.
