Santa Rosa Beach is an unincorporated community in Walton County, Florida, on Florida’s western panhandle. It is part of the Fort Walton Beach- Crestview- Destin Metropolitan Statistical Area. Santa Rosa Beach is on the shore of the Hogtown Bayou of Choctawhatchee Bay. Until late in the 18th Century, the area was called “Hogtown.” No doubt, “Santa Rosa” is a prettier name.
The zip code, 32459, includes not just Santa Rosa Beach, but also Port Washington and a 15-mile stretch of land along the Emerald Coast from the east side of Miramar Beach to the west of Seagrove Beach, plus other beach communities such as Grayton Beach and Season.
While there are 16 beach neighborhoods along Northwest Florida’s Emerald Coast, each one is distinct. Santa Rosa’s charm and visual style include Caribbean- and European- style architecture, an artists’ colony (Gulf Place), and several entrances to the Point Washington State Forest. The latter is a 15,000-acre preserve that includes 10 natural communities.

SERVPRO of FWB sent Richard to our home to clean all of our upholstered furniture and several rugs to get ready for an estate sale. He was so friendly and professional, put pads down on the floors to protect our new flooring, and cleaned everything efficiently and beautifully. We have several pieces of down furniture and hard to clean wool rugs but he cleaned them perfectly with no trouble. We have worked with SERVPRO in the past and they have always been superb, today was another hit out of the park and we will definitely be calling again in the future. Getting everything ready for the new baby didn't get us ready for her first big storm. She slept through it, but we were literally swimming from the hole in the roof. Glad nothing fell on us! Thanks for pumping out the water and getting us dry again. We tell all our neighbors about how you showed up so fast and how quickly you got to work, too. Thank you so much from a couple of new parents.
