Any sort of tragedy in a house is never convenient. We called SERVPRO for a small fire that we had from a microwave.

It seemed so overwhelming at the time but it was extremely comforting to come home from work and not feel inconvenienced by the crew. The work was done quickly and since we were still in the house, we appreciated the extra steps they took to remove as much of their tools, etc. out each day, allowing us to live our lives during the fire cleanup and restoration. Water leaks and flooding are horrible no matter what time of year they happen but it seemed much more stressful 1 week before Christmas with family expected in a few days. Juan from SERVPRO showed up at our house within 1 hour of calling them and he not only took charge of the situation and got his guys to work, but he also put our minds at ease that, no matter how bad it looked, they were there to take care of it and walk with us through the entire process. We lost our home to a fire and from the minute SERVPRO was hired they made us feel like we were the only clients they had. I felt like we were old friends and they were looking out for us. Jackie always kept me in the loop and updated over the time that our belongings were in their care. Jenny and Tonya walked me through the process while they packed out our belongings that could be saved. They cleaned and removed all smoke and soot. Our belongings are in “like new” condition!
