We recently had SERVPRO address issues from moisture in a crawlspace. I am always reluctant to hire people to do work I might think I can or should do myself. It was a pleasure to do business with your people when we had a water leak and subsequent mold problems. They came and cut out the carpet where it had been wet, removed a section of the wall to check for mold and set up their drying equipment, above and below the floor. They exuded confidence in their job, making me feel like they knew what they were doing and explained things along the way. The floor dried out when they predicted it would be and showed up to remove their equipment when they said they would be here. Fantastic service all the way around, People are one of a kind, they go out of their way to explain anything you may not be clear on. I felt almost guilty for asking so many questions. They worked with my Insurance company when the estimate for service repairs was way under the acceptable. The original Insurance estimator was a tad to inexperienced in doing his job and this was quite evident to the people at SERVPRO. SERVPRO took over and contacted the Insurance company directly. SERVPRO informed them of the error and set in motion the wheels to turn to remade the conflict with a justifiable conclusion. Water leaks and flooding are horrible no matter what time of year they happen but it seemed much more stressful 1 week before Christmas with family expected in a few days. Juan from SERVPRO showed up at our house within 1 hour of calling them and he not only took charge of the situation and got his guys to work, but he also put our minds at ease that, no matter how bad it looked, they were there to take care of it and walk with us through the entire process.
