Jackie, Zach and Codey were great to work with. They were very responsive to questions and worked closely with me to get things taken care of. Good communication was essential since I was a couple thousand miles away from the property they restored. They were very respectful about my issues and I feel they really cared about helping me. I hope I never need to use their services again but I will not hesitate to call them if I do.

SERVPRO is awesome!!!! I have had trouble with a rented apartment with cat urine, they responded quickly and have gone above and beyond to fix the problem. I called them because of a mold type problem we had in a room at work, they took care of that right away. My Mother also had a water break in her pipes in the ceiling of her house, she is 87 yrs old and they did EVERYTHING to take extra good care of her. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to do so. They are friendly, helpful, professional and a great team to work with!!!

We had a 2nd story water leak that took out the kitchen ceiling below. While minor in comparison to most of the jobs they do, this was relatively devastating for us. Keith quickly  sent Zach to our rescue! He did a great job getting our carpet & sub-floor thoroughly dried & ready for new sheetrock. He was clean, professional, friendly & compassionate! We could not have asked for better service, as always ... these guys are amazing!

Water leaks and flooding are horrible no matter what time of year they happen but it seemed much more stressful 1 week before Christmas with family expected in a few days. Juan from SERVPRO showed up at our house within 1 hour of calling them and he not only took charge of the situation and got his guys to work, but he also put our minds at ease that, no matter how bad it looked, they were there to take care of it and walk with us through the entire process. SERVPRO of Durango is the best!! Logan, Andrew, and Ray helped with our water damage immediately. They came to our house within hours of the water leak from our ceiling. They have been awesome!
