Sherman Oaks is a busy cosmopolitan city in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California, containing a wonderful combination of urban grit and a wide variety of outdoor activities. They came to the premises on a national holiday to sort this out for us. It was resolved same day. They also helped us fill out the paperwork to file the claim with the city. Can't recommend highly enough.
