We had a pipe break in the wall of an upstairs bathroom. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they alerted SERVPRO of Torrance. Their dispatcher contacted me within 45 minutes of filing the claim. She said they would have a technician at out location in about 2 hours. When Ricky arrived he inspected the damage, set about marking off the damaged areas, set up containment plastic and then deployed air movers and de-humidifiers. Over then next several days he returned each day to inspect and demolish the damaged drywall and flooring. During the drying time I heard from their dispatcher, Philana, daily. She was very professional and caring. I would certainly call upon their services again if we ever have another catastrophe of this sort.

After my water leak in the living room, the SERVPRO of Torrance  tech, Julio and the other guy came out immediately and started going to work.  The techs were very professional and careful about protecting our expensive living room furniture.  Julio brought it a large fan to dry the walls.  This is a terrific company and I highly recommend them!

Fabulous, high quality work. We came back from vacation to find that our water heater had ruptured (up in the garage) and leaked water down through the ceilings and walls all over the place.

Not too much of our stuff or furniture got damaged, but we were totally dreading the experience with our insurance and whoever the heck they use based on horror stories and the bad reputation of the industry. The company the insurance sent, this SERVPRO of Torrance, came out right away, seemed like they did this stuff in their sleep for 20 years, and got the drying and everything started ASAP.

There were some issues/questions with billing and insurance (just like with anything construction related), but the office staff were responsive and got it all worked out with the insurance.

I would definitely go back to these guys at this Torrance office directly if stuff came up in the future and insurance covered it through them (or wouldn't cover something at all) , for second opinions, etc. I was surprised to figure out/learn later that these SERVPROs are independent franchises and sort of compete with each other. Well the Torrance SERVPRO people definitely went the extra mile and are doing everything they can to make you remember them (positively).

We came home to water pouring out from under our front door. We contacted SERVPRO and they came out right away and worked closely with us to deal with drying out the house; assessing the damage and getting everything repaired. They were especially helpful in getting us a place to stay and working with our insurance.

SERVPRO of Torrance (Ricky and Henry) did an amazing job of restoration services to remove a water filtration leak that flooded our kitchen, dining room, bathroom, sunken living room, kitchen pantry, hallway, entry hall & hall closet, plus 2 family rooms.  Their patience, understanding and personal service, as well as the office staff that coordinated our efforts with our insurance agent was outstanding and greatly appreciated.  They will be helping us find the specialist need to restore our home.
