Her astute analysis, organization of work, and dedication is appreciated by my wife and I. I, also pay compliment to Jerry Tanner for his work, effort, and demeanor. He did his work - true professional. You have wonderful workers!

My only concern is the damaged wall-bed. I don't blame you, nor hold you responsible. However, I would welcome your help in getting it repaired so it can be used. Can you help me find someone who can repair it? Please call me (xxx-xxx-xxxx)

We had a pipe break in the wall of an upstairs bathroom. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they alerted SERVPRO of Torrance. Their dispatcher contacted me within 45 minutes of filing the claim. She said they would have a technician at our location in about 2 hours. When Ricky arrived he inspected the damage, set about marking off the damaged areas, set up containment plastic and then deployed air movers and de-humidifiers. Over the next several days he returned each day to inspect and demolish the damaged drywall and flooring. During the drying time I heard from their dispatcher, Philana, daily. She was very professional and caring. I would certainly call upon their services again if we ever have another catastrophe of this sort.

Fabulous, high quality work. We came back from vacation to find that our water heater had ruptured (up in the garage) and leaked water down through the ceilings and walls all over the place.

Not too much of our stuff or furniture got damaged, but we were totally dreading the experience with our insurance and whoever the heck they use based on horror stories and the bad reputation of the industry. The company the insurance sent, this SERVPRO of Torrance, came out right away, seemed like they did this stuff in their sleep for 20 years, and got the drying and everything started ASAP.

There were some issues/questions with billing and insurance (just like with anything construction related), but the office staff were responsive and got it all worked out with the insurance.

I would definitely go back to these guys at this Torrance office directly if stuff came up in the future and insurance covered it through them (or wouldn't cover something at all) , for second opinions, etc. I was surprised to figure out/learn later that these SERVPROs are independent franchises and sort of compete with each other. Well the Torrance SERVPRO people definitely went the extra mile and are doing everything they can to make you remember them (positively).

With 3 boys in the house and my husband, the carpet gets dirty so quick. We were going to have a party for my sister's baby shower and I could not dare to have all these guests over with a stained carpet. My friend told me SERVPRO does carpet cleaning and I was so surprised because SERVPRO restored the flooded bathroom at my work and I thought they only specialized in that kind of job. I love the remodeled bathroom at my work so I said heck it and contacted them for a quote. The price was reasonable so I moved forward with them. When they came, the workers were super nice and did a great job, way better than my cheap vacuum cleaner. They provide solid services. 

We had a broken pipe in the wall in one of our exam rooms and needed to get someone in here to help us pretty quickly! Water was pouring out like crazy. We had called our local plumber and they came over right away to fix the pipe. I had called our insurance company and they recommended SERVPRO of Torrance for helping us with the water damage. I reached out and they immediately put me at ease letting me know that they will take good care of us and not to worry!  Within a few hours the technicians arrived at our medical office. Ricky is the production manager and he was sure to go through all the steps with me and what to expect over the next few weeks.They were super clean! I have never seen a construction company clean up the way they did before the job was completed. They came through with all the promises they made and our exam room looks better than it ever did! I will definitely use SERVPRO again may it be for where I work and/or for my home! Very impressive, great customer service and competent workers! I didn't have much knowledge in recovery services because that is not my line of work. I was pretty confused what to do when told to hire a company to restore my home after a flood. I chose SERVPRO and they were able to inform me about every step of the process and what my home needed to be restored. They did great work too, I will definitely be hitting them up for any future restoration needs.

SERVPRO came through for us big time! Their technicians were professional and they arrived right away, working with us to help resolve the flood situation in our home. We needed heavy duty industrial fans to dry out the flooring in our kitchen, hallway, small bathroom and part of the dining room - which ran 24/7 for over a week. The technicians also took pains to tear out the flood damaged areas - including baseboards - while preserving the rest. Well done!

SERVPRO of Torrance is one of the best companies I've worked with for work done on my home. They are truly professionals, their experience shines through in their work. Very pleased with them.

They are by far, the most professional service company I have ever used.
I have been using their services for a few years now and they have never disappointed me yet! My girl Philana, and her technicians are quick to respond, usually within 1-3 hours and are courteous. With the rain issues this winter in southern California my condo has been flooded many times and they jump on the job pronto. What more can I say, SERVPRO "Rocks"!
