The team at Servepro Torrance is incredible. From start to finish, the project was well managed, communication was great, and pricing was reasonable. I need to give a special shout-out to Jennilyn, who managed our project in the office, and Luis, who managed the job on site. They were kind, professional, and extremely helpful. ServPro of Torrance is fantastic! We were displaced due to the Eaton Fire and our house had quite a bit of smoke damage. The ServPro team came in and cleaned our house from top to bottom. They spent over a week cleaning every surface of our house and our belongings. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Ricki, our head service tech, and Sabrina, our coordinator, were great! They explained everything and walked us through all the steps involved in the restoration. They never lost patience with us or our constant questions. They made an extremely stressful and overwhelming situation a bit more bearable. We put our house in their hands and they took care of everything, including coordinating attic insulation removal and replacement, and most importantly, dealing with our insurance adjuster! I really hope we never need restoration services again but if we do, I would definitely reach out to ServPro of Torrance. My parents had a fire in the garage due to a candle that burned into flames November of 2024 and Servpro got started right away! They put my parents stuff into storage and started cleaning up everything right away! Packed everything in boxes and even labeled them! Philana, was wonderful! She helped my mom a TON! Always was so great with communication!

I had a major water leak that damaged almost half of my house. We got linked up with Servpro of Torrance for the rebuild and repair. I was contacted by several reps from their team to start the process. They immediately started the work and were very prompt, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was kept in the loop at all times and that built confidence as we were facing a major overhaul we had not seen before.
