I called and spoke with Leticia, she was very kind, compassionate, answered all my questions and even helped guide me on how to inquire with insurance. The other places I called were so invasive and unsympathetic and treated me as another call.
Leticia was very patient with all my questions and even followed up with me. Now that's customer service and had to share. Thank you.
