Office Manager-

Alicia is our office manager here at SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley and she has been with the company since the very beginning!

Alicia enjoys helping others, coaching her staff, and offering her help to whoever needs it (from the office to the field and beyond). She is always willing to help! On her days off she enjoys sunset walks with her baby Zeusy.

Her regular day at SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley involves WORK, WORK, WORK and helping everyone.

Project Supervisor -

Michael is a lead Tech at SERVPRO. He has also worked for SERVPRO of North Atlanta for 5 years, SERVPRO of Philadelphia for 6 years, and has been with SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley since 2012. Michael enjoys the diversity in our industry and the great fellow co-workers that come along with it. He loves helping people out in difficult situations in time after a water/fire damage. If Mike could change something about SERVPRO, he would like to bring back the product Sporcidin. Sporicdin is a chemical that is currently banned after a meeting on how and how not to use it. He feels that it was (and still is) the best product in our industry for preventing microbial growth.

Lead Technician -

Oscar is another one of our original lead technicians here at SERVPRO. He has been with the company since 2014. Oscar enjoys working with the crew here at our office. He gets along with everyone, which is something that makes him a great situation handler when a water damage or fire breaks loose!

Lead Technician-

Meet Junior! Junior has been with SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley since the middle of 2016. This guy clearly takes his job very seriously. Seeing different types of jobs everyday he knows that each and every client deserves a different type of comfort and care. He is passionate about helping others and providing the comfort they need during stressful situations. You are sure to see his wonderful work ethics if you ever expierence any sort of loss.

Reconstruction Expert -

Rick is the man that is here to make everything "Like it never even happened." Since SERVPRO Sorrento Valley has been established, Rick has been here to reconstruct your property after the water damage has been taken care of!

Office Assistant-

Meet our one and only Angelica! Angelica has been with SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley since November of 2016. She began with us during our busiest season and was able to jump right into the madness. Angelica has the wonderful ability to remain calm in very stressful situations. She makes everyday a GREAT day at SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley!

Director of Marketing and Client Relations -

Liron is a Marketing Representative at SERVPRO. She has been with us since 2014! Liron loves to meet people and develop friendships, and keep those friendships. She is the amazing type of person that will make you want to open up to her and share your feelings, without you even noticing! Liron wishes she had more time to be able to build new relationships.

Say hello to our very own mascot, Scooter! Scooter has been by Jim's side since SERVPRO Sorrento Valley / UTC has been established. Scooter enjoys motivating our techs to do a good job, and keeps an eye on our office staff to ensure our customers needs are satisfied!

Client Relations and Marketing Representative-

Ally Freeley is a Client Relations and Marketing Representative. With her background and extensive knowledge in the insurance industry, Ally is able to help many insurance agents, adjusters and their clients by providing them with excellent customer service which is the epitome of SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley.

Ally loves to meet new people and build long lasting relationships. She practices yoga in her free time and loves her two fur babies!

EMS Manager-

Leticia started working for SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley in 2018

When she is not running around to track & volleyball meets with her awesome daughter, she's sipping a crisp cold flute of champagne somewhere outside!

When she is not playing auntie to the office dogs Scooter and Zeus. T likes to think she's the office’s light of energy and creating positive vibes throughout the office with her goofy sassiness.

Executive Administrative Assistant to the Director of Marketing-

Wendy has been with SERVPRO for 5 years! She started with SERVPRO of Carmel Valley NE/East Rancho Santa Fe in Spring 2016, and then came here when SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley acquired the franchise in Summer of 2019. She loves spending time spoiling her fur babies!

Project Coordinator, Reconstruction Department-

Carmen started working for SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley in July of 2019. She loves music, sports and spending time with friends and family!

She oversees the restoration department and she is here to help with any and all of your restoration needs.

Production Manager -

Mike just joined our family last year! He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable as he has been in the construction industry for 20 years, and spent another 12 years in the Mitigation and Restoration industry. With his expertise, Mike is able to determine the best game plan for all restoration needs, and he always makes sure that the needs of our clients are being taken care of.

Mike enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, golfing and taking walks on the beach.

Lead Estimator -

Hany started with us in 2017, he spends his days at SERVPRO of Sorrento Valley writing estimates, billing jobs and meeting customers to go over damages in their homes and going over questions regarding the process from start to finish in order to make things easier for our clients.

Hany enjoys watching sports and attending sporting events, and he also loves to travel!

Project Manager Vicky is one of our project managers for fire damage losses and cleaning projects. She has assisted as our fill-in warehouse manager, and she is also a valued member of our mitigation production team when needed. Vicky’s no-nonsense approach coupled with her attention to detail, and demand for excellence makes her an exceptional manager; she genuinely cares for all of our team member. Vicky is someone we can all count on for projects that need that extra special attention in order to keep the project on track! She’s always one of the first to arrive and last to leave which is the mentality that all supervisors look up to! She keeps us all on our toes with the expectation that we provide unparalleled service, every single time.

Project Manager Gilbert started his career with SERVPRO Sorrento Valley in production and has worked his way up to become on of SERVPRO’s most valued Project Managers. Gilbert is very efficient, and he takes great pride in his workmanship by being available and willing to go the extra mile for our company and our clients. He has a broad knowledge of all aspects of construction which makes him extremely valuable for any assignment he is given. Gilbert is also our main Project Manager for biohazard cleanups, board ups, etc.. Gilbert is exceptionally consistent and he is always willing to help his fellow team members. When extra help is needed Gilbert is the first to volunteer which exemplifies his desire to always learn and get better. The sky is the limit when you have his mindset and dedication!
