SERVPRO is the greatest!! I had a kitchen fire (next time I want fried chicken, I'll drive to KFC) that almost burned my house down. The damage was limited to the kitchen but there was soot all over the house...walls & ceilings. Props to the Hayward Fire Dept. Station #7 for getting there in 2 minutes! 
The 5 woman crew from SERVPRO worked 3 days and they cleaned everything....even things that were non fire damage dirty. They emptied my kitchen cabinets and cleaned them thoroughly. They packed all my dishes and stuff and kept them in storage until done. They were very courteous and professional and worked well beyond my expectations. I would give ten stars if I could.

SERVPRO really came through for us in a big way! I manage the facilities at a large, regional car dealership that was broken into over a weekend, late at night. The alarm went off and I arrived shortly after the Police to find a large glass door and several glass window panels shattered with glass shards and sharp pieces scattered all over the front steps, entrance ramp, and showroom. This was a bad scene and not only unsafe for customers and employees but it was important to get cleaned up and boarded up very quickly.
