I'm happy there is no more mold odor in my RV thanks to SERVPRO. 

After mold ruined my garage, the SERVPRO of San Leandro experts in mold remediation came over and gave me a great estimate. They actually completed the work in my Oakland home under the estimated costs. What a job!

SERVPRO is the greatest!! I had a kitchen fire (next time I want fried chicken, I'll drive to KFC) that almost burned my house down. The damage was limited to the kitchen but there was soot all over the house...walls & ceilings. Props to the Hayward Fire Dept. Station #7 for getting there in 2 minutes! 
The 5 woman crew from SERVPRO worked 3 days and they cleaned everything....even things that were non fire damage dirty. They emptied my kitchen cabinets and cleaned them thoroughly. They packed all my dishes and stuff and kept them in storage until done. They were very courteous and professional and worked well beyond my expectations. I would give ten stars if I could.

We had a terrible flood in our office building. Three floors were affected and the walls, floors, ceilings, and workstations all needed to be dried and repaired. Jose was very understanding and explained that he and his crew would do all they can to get us online and back in business ASAP. I own a small business and I work with a lot of customers at the location. I have a small kitchen and restroom in the back and I keep it very neat and clean so customers can use them. A neighboring business next door had an old refrigerator that leaked through the wall into my place. Water was there a few months and a ton of mold was growing and I didn’t see it until it was too late. I needed to get rid of it quickly. I called SERVPRO and they jumped on it! Alex and his guys threw on the masks and gloves and started to get rid of the mold immediately! And safely and correctly, Alex explained. I’m really happy with SERVPRO’s work and attention to detail. I moved into a new home (for me) and the cigarette smell from the old owners just would not go away. I called SERVPRO and Fidencio and the guys arrived that afternoon and got to work. Real experts, for sure! The carpets, the walls, the cabinets!
