SERVPRO of San Leandro
Roy J. Drake
Roy Drake is the CEO of Cleanair Image DBA SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro and Stockton. He has been in the cleaning and restoration industry since the late 1990’s and has owned and operated his SERVPRO franchises since 2006. Roy is Master Certified in the IICRC with more than ten certifications. He leads his team of highly qualified professionals with a "Lead from wherever he's needed" attitude.
Rhia Shiek
Rhia serves as a General Manager. Rhia has 8-ongoing years of SERVPRO knowledge, had 5 in content evaluation before SERVPRO, and worked in Real Estate financing with her license before that. She specializes in our estimating/invoicing department. She is IICRC Certified in Fire/Smoke, Odor, and Water. She is a remarkable asset to the team!
Jose Medrano
Jose is our Operations Manager. We think of Jose as our quarterback. Jose is responsible for assigning each of our teams to the job that they are best suited for. As OM he guarantees that the team that shows up on your doorstep for your job is the best team for that specific job.
Stephen Bonovich
Stephen is our Construction Manager. He has been leading our construction division in a great direction since starting with the company. He has been a great asset. We know we can always count on him to make get houses back to their original condition. "Like it never even happened."
Moises Rosales
Moises is our Marketing Coordinator. He is the administrator of all of our social media. Moises works in the community/public relations field by developing business bonds and providing educational opportunities for outside parties. He works side-by-side with the Administration and Production team as well as our customer service field.
Reyes Gutiérrez
Reyes is one of our most valued Mold, Water and Demo technicians. He also is our newest Estimator working in our invoicing and estimating department. Day or night Reyes has a smile on his face and never says no. He is been apart go the SERVPRO family for 2 years and has proven himself to be an invaluable member of the team.
Javier Fernandez
Javier (Javi) is currently working in our estimating and invoicing department. As a past member of the Mold, Water and Demo team he has worked some of our most challenging jobs. He travels regularly with our large loss team, and there is not an environment that you can put him in where he won't excel.
Maggie Beltran
Maggie is the Office Administrator I. Maggie has previous restoration experience. She came in with lots of knowledge and great customer service skills. She is a great asset to the team and a perfect piece to our puzzle.
Mercedes Yanez-Santori
Mercedes works as our Production Coordinator, she works side-by-side with our Production Managers to coordinate all job appointments in a timely and accurate manner. Also, routing all techs to designated locations and project sites.
Alyssa Ontiveros
Alyssa Ontiveros is our administrative Assistant II; she specializes in our customer service field in her role. Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. She is fundamental in all fields, being of assistance to SERVPRO.

I called SERVPRO regarding treatment for mold throughout the home. I spoke with a lady by the name of Grecia. She was very professional and quick to respond to our needs. We met the very next morning so I could get a quote for the work to be done. The quote included the treatment for mold as well as an ozone treatment for the entire home and a carpet cleaning for one separate room. The technicians came out the day after Grecia gave me the quote and completed all the work within a day. The following day, Grecia met me at the house to air it out after the ozone treatment and check in with me. Everything looked fantastic and no longer had the smell of mold. Several days later, we noticed that there was some mold around the edges of the bathtub, which had been overlooked. I once again contacted Grecia and she immediately responded by having another technician return to the home the following morning to treat that area. Once it was completed, Grecia checked in with me to make sure it was thoroughly treated. I told her I really appreciated her customer service and professionalism regarding the entire project, especially with the callback I would highly recommend SERVPRO of San Leandro and Grecia for their superior work and service. In fact, I did recommend Grecia to a neighbor and friend and she used her as well.

The SERVPRO of San Leandro emergency cleanup people saved my business. I was in total shock when I saw the amount of damage from a very small fire in my warehouse.The smoke went everywhere. The smell and mess was horrible. A week later no one could tell we had a fire. Manny and Jose made sure I could keep my company operating. It was a miracle. Thank you SERVPRO.
SERVPRO really came through for us in a big way! I manage the facilities at a large, regional car dealership that was broken into over a weekend, late at night. The alarm went off and I arrived shortly after the Police to find a large glass door and several glass window panels shattered with glass shards and sharp pieces scattered all over the front steps, entrance ramp, and showroom. This was a bad scene and not only unsafe for customers and employees but it was important to get cleaned up and boarded up very quickly. Even while the Insurance and Police were still there, SERVPRO responded immediately and their crew was hard at work with vacuums and brooms within minutes! Then they put up the secure wood sheets to provide the security we needed until everything was rebuilt. Quick to arrive, skilled, and professional.

SERVPRO is the greatest!! I had a kitchen fire (next time I want fried chicken, I'll drive to KFC) that almost burned my house down. The damage was limited to the kitchen but there was soot all over the house...walls & ceilings. Props to the Hayward Fire Dept. Station #7 for getting there in 2 minutes!
The 5 woman crew from SERVPRO worked 3 days and they cleaned everything....even things that were non fire damage dirty. They emptied my kitchen cabinets and cleaned them thoroughly. They packed all my dishes and stuff and kept them in storage until done. They were very courteous and professional and worked well beyond my expectations. I would give ten stars if I could.

Here at SERVPRO of San Leandro going the extra mile is just what we do. As California natives, we have experienced more than one wildfire throughout our time here and are one of the few Large Loss Franchises in Northern California. However, we are also happy to help our community in any way we can. Our fire and water team has negotiated with State or Federal agencies to help senior citizens get the extra attention and care they deserve; on more than one occasion.
From the earliest Spanish settlers through to the Goldrush and developments of a new American town, San Leandro has a rich cultural history. You can see all of it and more at the San Leandro History Museum and Art Gallery. However, we have also come together as a community in times of adversity, the devastating wildfires sweeping across the state this year being just one example over many years of restoration service.
We enjoy great success as a leading provider of Fire, Water, Mold, BIOHAZARD, and Large Loss restoration. So when the opportunity to give back to this fine community is there we grab it with both hands. We actively contribute to the American Red Cross "Ready Rating Program" to help our commercial business owners prepare for a natural disaster. Our marketing manager, Pierre Cisneros, created a Holiday Toy Drive for a Christmas event at the Women's Daytime Drop-in Center in Berkeley, CA and staff happily gave up their weekend to volunteer and make it a success.
