We called SERVPRO of Northridge/ Granada Hills when we had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. Suzette was our contact, and we have never worked with someone so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. On April 8, 2016, I discovered what turned out to be an under-slab water leak.  My Kitchen (cabinets), Bathroom, Dining Room, Breakfast nook, Family Room, and downstairs entry and hallway were all damaged.  All of our laminate floors had to be removed. It was a big mess. SERVPRO of Northridge and Granada Hills arrived promptly after they were called. Their staff is very professional. They very carefully packed everything impacted by the leak using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. Then they relocated it to our living room at my request.  I was very positively impressed by the respect they showed towards our stuff. They did not miss any days and always arrived promptly when expected. I hope you never suffer from a flood but if you do, these are the people to call.
