Our owner, Michael Brownstein, has 15 years of experience in restoration, and over 20 years of experience in remodeling. This is considered a veteran in the industry. He is very passionate about what he does and loves helping people in a time of need. Michael has run businesses since his early twenties. His mission opening SERVPRO was to provide outstanding customer service at reasonable prices while focusing on quality work. This emphasis has allowed him to be successful year after year with SERVPRO, and the future is bright for our team. Michael likes to stay on top of the latest industry technology, production processes, and certifications. Michael also believes in giving back by donating to charity and being actively involved in the community.

We called SERVPRO of Northridge/ Granada Hills when we had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink. Suzette was our contact, and we have never worked with someone so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She walked us through the process every step of the way and continued to check in with us during the process as the insurance company got involved. Suzette and the whole crew at SERVPRO were wonderful and we would recommend them to anyone with water damage. They were awesome!
On April 8, 2016, I discovered what turned out to be an under-slab water leak. My Kitchen (cabinets), Bathroom, Dining Room, Breakfast nook, Family Room, and downstairs entry and hallway were all damaged. All of our laminate floors had to be removed. It was a big mess. SERVPRO of Northridge and Granada Hills arrived promptly after they were called. Their staff is very professional. They very carefully packed everything impacted by the leak using bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. Then they relocated it to our living room at my request. I was very positively impressed by the respect they showed towards our stuff. They did not miss any days and always arrived promptly when expected. I hope you never suffer from a flood but if you do, these are the people to call.
