Wow you guys were fast to arrive, professional and got the job done right the first time! You really saved us again. We have lived in Sacramento all our lives and this is the 2nd time we have had to use SERVPRO so we are glad to have SERVPRO in Sacramento!

We had some pretty serious water damage that flooded most of our entire home. I can only imagine the time and energy it took for you guys to get it back to normal. Its refreshing to work with such a well run company. I will tell anyone who will listen to use SERVPRO of East Sacramento/Arden Arcade if they ever have water damage like we did.

I had an HVAC leak that destroyed a good portion of my ceiling.  SERVPRO was very responsive (even though it happened in the middle of the night).  Not sure what their prices are like since insurance is covering that part, but I liked the service and responsiveness.  Plus their guys were very friendly and informative; I had a particularly good experience with Dave, Mike, Ben, and a second guy named Mike.  Thanks guys!

I have used SERVPRO on 2 occasions and was impressed and very satisfied with their services. The first time I used them it was for extensive water damage to my kitchen and hardwood floors caused by a broken pipe under my sink. They were always professional and lived up to their motto "Like it never even happened." The second time I used them it was to investigate a musty odor in my kitchen (different kitchen from previously mentioned water leak). They were unable to locate any leaks or moisture source so did not charge me for their visit. They also gave me some ideas to get rid of the musty odor-again free of charge. If I ever am unlucky enough to have water or fire damage again, they will be my first call. 

Our local SERVPRO team came to our rescue when our house flooded on New Year’s Eve. From that first phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect. I was impressed with their knowledge of what needed to be done and every step was explained to me clearly and concisely. When issues arose, they explained my options and ultimately came up with solutions that worked for us. They were prompt and worked very hard every day until the job was finished. I felt confident in their knowledge and abilities and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner! Thank you to Arturo, Kimmy, Stonewall, Omar, Scott, Drew, and the crew!

They were very responsive and came out that night to help us. Chris, Mike and Stonewall were knowledgeable and helpful and explained the whole process.

All the SERVPRO crew every step of the way helped guide me and worked handed in hand with my insurance to help with dehumidifying, removing and listing all contents, disinfecting and cleaning the rooms after the drywall was removed. They also helped setup the contractors for asbestos mediation for m drywall removal, they helped set that up along with my insurance for everything that needed to be done. They also helped me get estimates for rebuilding and remodeling. And now my house is ready to be lived in and enjoyed with brand new remodeled clean goodness! The first night they showed up they showed up about 10 o’clock at night when I needed them and worked throughout the night to get everything in motion as quick as possible before additional damage like mold could start to set in. They have established relationships with insurance companies making it easy to get the work done as quick as possible, then bill your insurance directly for the costs without you having to be the middleman on things. It’s good to be able to set it down and let them pick it up and take care of it for you. Thank you!
