They were always professional and lived up to their motto "Like it never even happened." The second time I used them it was to investigate a musty odor in my kitchen (different kitchen from previously mentioned water leak). They were unable to locate any leaks or moisture source so did not charge me for their visit. They also gave me some ideas to get rid of the musty odor-again free of charge. If I ever am unlucky enough to have water or fire damage again, they will be my first call.
