I have used SERVPRO on 2 occasions and was impressed and very satisfied with their services. The first time I used them it was for extensive water damage to my kitchen and hardwood floors caused by a broken pipe under my sink. They were always professional and lived up to their motto "Like it never even happened." The second time I used them it was to investigate a musty odor in my kitchen (different kitchen from previously mentioned water leak). They were unable to locate any leaks or moisture source so did not charge me for their visit. They also gave me some ideas to get rid of the musty odor-again free of charge. If I ever am unlucky enough to have water or fire damage again, they will be my first call. 

Our local SERVPRO team came to our rescue when our house flooded on New Year’s Eve. From that first phone call, I was treated with kindness and respect. I was impressed with their knowledge of what needed to be done and every step was explained to me clearly and concisely. When issues arose, they explained my options and ultimately came up with solutions that worked for us. They were prompt and worked very hard every day until the job was finished. I felt confident in their knowledge and abilities and have recommended them to my friends and neighbors. My only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner! I called other restoration companies but no one could get out to my home with all the rain that just hit Sacramento, but your team was onsite the same day I called and stared pumping water out of my basement and set drying equipment.
