I called their main office and they quickly responded and was on site in less than 4 hours.  The crew did a fine job assessing what needed to be done with water damage from our second floor master bathroom.  Highly recommend SERVPRO, but hope no one will ever need them.

I have a Victorian home in Downtown Sacramento and when we had water damage I was so scared it wasn't going to be restored right. Harold did awesome!!! I am so pleased that we were able to dry the house so quickly. It was easy and pain free. I hope this doesn't happen again but if it does I know who to call!

I had a great experience with Harold and SERVPRO. I had some issues with water under my house. We brought over fans and a dehumidifier and set everything up. It all worked so well and within two days everything was bone dry and NO smells! The service was fast, complete and saved me during a really crazy time. Thanks so much!!!

SERVPRO did an excellent job drying the carpets in my home in East Sac. They were able to fit me in on the schedule I needed and was on time for the appointment. I had just had new hardwood floors installed on the main floor, and he took great care to protect them from the water. He worked efficiently and did a thorough complete job. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Excellent communication and service. Water had leaked into our walls for years without us realizing. Called SERVPRO and was able to get an appointment quickly and the guys were both knowledgeable and friendly. They did top quality work and were really efficient. They did a very thorough job of sealing off the work area so it didn't have a big impact on our lives and we were able to stay in the house during the recovery.
