From the initial contact through completion of their project in assessing and prepping my house for repair due to water damage in my kitchen, the SERVPRO crew was outstanding. I was briefed throughout the process on what was being done and why. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. I never had to worry about delays or miscommunications which was important during a stressful event like this. All members were pleasant to deal with and professional. I never had to clean up after them or worry that things were left undone. The office staff also maintained routine communication with me on when the crew would arrive at my house throughout the process. So, to the office staff and on-site crew Mike, Hannah, Dylan, Payton, Shardae, Daniel, Trinity, Tom and Lilly - thank you!
