Water Damage Cleanup & Repair

I wanted to share that I appreciate how SERVPRO of North Shasta showed up so quickly the first day after State Farm referred them. All that helped me, Amanda, Mike, Matt and Laura, were professional and helpful. 

Amanda was excellent because she was very patient and since I have never been through anything like this, I was thankful for the attention to detail.  She also explained what I can expect now that SERVPRO is done with drying out.  It's nice to know that they will pack in my items and clean carpets after my reconstruction is done.  Thank you!

I am so pleased with all of the people that came to my home to take care of my water damage that happened under my kitchen sink and flooded my kitchen and dinning room.  I thought that Hannah, Mike, Amanda, Tom, Dylan and Matt were professional and courteous.  They were all very respectful and tried to make this disaster as easy as they could for me. I feel they are an asset to your business and appreciated how polite they were.

The crew was amazing. They were very professional and worked very hard to make sure our home was safe from all the water damage and preventing any future mold issues that could have resulted from the flood . Every crew member that came out was kind ,friendly, and very professional. They made sure to explain everything to us as they went about their work which helped us feel a little more at ease in such a stressful devastating situation . I personally want to thank Amanda, Allie, Hannah, Mike , Dylan ,Marty, Tom, I think I might be missing someone( I’m horrible with names , I do apologize) , I will definitely recommend you guys.

Your crews were fantastic and courteous.  I've never seen people like that who are doing that kind of work showing up on time with a smile on their faces.  They were always on time and always nice to my entire family.  I couldn't have been more pleased.  We had Lucas, Tom, Marty Tony, Dylan, Eric and Austin.  It made our life really easy when they were working here considering what was going on. From the initial contact through completion of their project in assessing and prepping my house for repair due to water damage in my kitchen, the SERVPRO crew was outstanding. I was briefed throughout the process on what was being done and why. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. I never had to worry about delays or miscommunications which was important during a stressful event like this. All members were pleasant to deal with and professional. I never had to clean up after them or worry that things were left undone. The office staff also maintained routine communication with me on when the crew would arrive at my house throughout the process. So, to the office staff and on-site crew Mike, Hannah, Dylan, Payton, Shardae, Daniel, Trinity, Tom and Lilly - thank you!

SERVPRO of North Shasta, Trinity & Greater Tehama Counties was a wonderful company to work with.  I had water in my home from a broken water line and they came out quickly to start the drying process.  I want to thank Hannah especially.  She was a doll and I felt like she was family because she seemed genuinely concerned. She explained what had to be done and made me feel very comfortable.  I hope I don't need this help again, but I know who to call if I do.
